RESERVATION:
- We DO NOT allow reservations. 

PAYMENT:
- We prefer GCASH or BDO Bank Deposit within Metro Manila only.
   For Provincial Payments, you must send us a PM through SMS for other Payment method queries.
- We usually ship your item 1 business day after we receive a clear payment.

SHIPMENT:
- We only Ship through Xend Express only.
   For International Courier: PHILPOST
- Shipping fee will be shouldered by the BUYER.
- Shipping days is from Monday to Fridays only, Time frame is 1 to 2 days (still depends on your location).
  If you want your item to be pick-up on the same day you must pay the item before 1:30pm via Xend Express ONLY.
- We DO NOT held liable for any Loss or Damage of the items that are mishandled by the Courier.
- All Shipments made by the local courier listed above has its TRACKING NUMBER.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
- We CHECK on the item/s before we ship it right to your door-step. 
- We DO NOT ACCEPT returns.
